Customer service is very apparent with the staff at Fix. Great communicators with the whole process of getting your car repaired, a rental & learning the Insurance process etc. Grace is awesome and anyone who answered the phone. Thank you , my car also looks great.
Quality of work seemed decent for the most part but the interaction with an employee there went sour pretty quick.... Very condescending demeanor to the point of which I wanted to give no stars but the guys in his shop don't deserve that. Also on my last visit there there was another gentleman that I had never met before... Same condescending demeanor....
Joe the shop manager will promise you the world to keep your car because he is in bed with insurance companies and get away with it, and once repairs are done he will start blaming everyone else for his mistakes and write bad google reviews because he failed. stay away from joe at fix auto complete scammers i wish i can give him negative stars
